Service Description
An infill is required every 2-3 weeks to maintain a full lash line. You must have 50% of your lashes left or you will be charged for a full set. Please note: We only infill our own work.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. If you'd like to reschedule it must be done at least 48 hours before your appointment. Any less than 48 hours notice you will have to pay a new deposit. If you do not attend your appointment or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be liable to pay the remaining balance of the service before you can be booked in again. If you are running late, there is a 10 minute grace period, if you are over 10 minutes late you will incur a £10 late fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late it can result in your appointment being cancelled. COURSES Please make sure you are 100% sure you can attend your course date before booking as deposits are non-refundable/transferable.
